Talesman- A Clown Jam Submission

So for the Clown Jam I decided to try to make something a little different involving the concept of clownery, buffoonery, and jesters, pulling from wider cultural strands.

I think the core idea has legs and eventually, I will add more classes to this game beyond the talesman, the holy order of priests dedicated to the Six Gods relating to sacred outrage. But this is the Clown Jam, and I didn't know I'd enjoy making this as much in order to have legs beyond being a jam submission. So for now, it's some rules to make some talesmen and possibly then to play with them.
