Block 39 Tiny TTRPG Setting

This is actually something I'd been stuck finishing months ago, shortly after finishing Counterweight, but it's here now, and better late than never!

It means the microsettings also now chain from the asteroid belt to Cader's orbit down to the Cader's surface, which I think is kind of neat. I really think I'm going to keep finding time for more microsettings in this shared worldbuilding for a long while.

This is also a little unusual, I think, in that it's honestly more like a welcoming calm commune than somewhere that, by itself, is a place of intrigue or high adventure. Not that it can't be used in this contexts, but I kind of deliberately wanted a microsetting that could be used as a breather between more breathless moments and grander set pieces.
